At Kugoo Kirin UAE, we stand behind the quality of our products. Each of our electric scooters, e-bikes, and motorcycles comes with a limited warranty to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind. Please read our Warranty Disclaimer carefully to understand the terms and conditions.
⚙️ Product Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from kugokirin.com are covered under a limited warranty for a specific period starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or issues arising from normal use.
Warranty Periods:
Electric Scooters: 12 months for frame, motor, and battery
E-Bikes: 12 months for frame, motor, and battery
Motorcycles: 12 months for frame, motor, and battery
Accessories: 6 months for any manufacturing defects
❌ What is Not Covered?
Our warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (brake pads, tires, etc.)
Damage caused by improper use or unauthorized modifications
Accidental damage, including falls or collisions
Damage caused by water, fire, or other external factors
Products without a valid proof of purchase or warranty registration
Battery damage caused by improper charging or extreme temperatures
🔄 Warranty Process
If you experience any issue that you believe is covered under the warranty:
Contact our support team within the warranty period
Provide proof of purchase and photos or videos of the defective product
Our team will review the issue and may request you to return the product for inspection
If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you
Note: Shipping charges for sending products back to us for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer unless the defect is verified by our team.
🛠️ Repair or Replacement
Repairs: If a product is repairable, we’ll handle the repairs under warranty at no additional cost.
Replacement: If the product is deemed non-repairable, we will provide a replacement item of the same model, or a comparable model if the original is out of stock.
🛑 Warranty Exclusions
Unauthorized repairs or modifications done by third parties will void the warranty.
Damage due to improper storage or lack of maintenance is also excluded from coverage.
